Candidate applying for the Bank of Maharashtra Specialist Officer Recruitment 2017 must fulfill the Eligibility Criteria. The Eligibility Criteria comprises of Educational Qualification, Age Limit, and other factors.

Educational Qualification

  1. Chief Manager – Balance Sheet: Candidate must have completed Graduation from a recognised university with professional qualification of CA from the recognized institute/board. 5 Years post qualification experience in dealing with Balance sheet analysis and management reporting, finalization of accounts at Head office level in any Bank/Financial Institution/ Listed NBFCs.
  2. Chief Manager – Taxation: Candidates must have completed Graduation from a recognised university with professional qualification of CA from the recognized institute/board. 5 Years post qualification experience in dealing with a matter related to taxation such as Income Tax, Service Tax/ GST/ Tax audit and other tax-related issues at Head Office Level at any Bank/Financial Institution/ Listed NBFCs.
  3. Chief Manager – Civil Engineer: Candidate must possess Full time 4 years Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering approved by AICTE (OR) equivalent qualification with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent grade from a recognized university/ reputed institute. Minimum 5 years of experience in Scale – III or equivalent next lower grade in any of Nationalised Banks / PSU/Govt. organization (OR) Minimum 10 years post qualification experience in a public /private limited organization in Planning, Designing, Construction & maintenance of Large Office Buildings /Multistoried Buildings / Housing Companies /residential campus, knowledge of PERT/ CPM techniques. Preparation of tenders, evaluation and analyzing of tenders. Working knowledge of Electro-mechanical services and experience in purchase/ renovation/interior works, maintenance of new & existing premises in large organization Working knowledge of computers as regards to Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint presentation.
  4. Chartered Accountants: Candidate must have completed Graduation from recognized university with professional qualification of CA from the recognized institute/board. One year post qualification experience in Banks/FIs/NBFCs in Credit area.
  5. Civil Engineer: Candidate must possess a Full time 4 years Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering approved by AICTE OR Equivalent qualification with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent grade from a recognized university/ reputed institute. Minimum 5 years of experience in Scale – I or equivalent next lower grade in any of Nationalised Banks / PSU/Govt. organisation OR Minimum 05 years post qualification experience in a public /private limited organization in Planning, Designing, Construction & maintenance of Large Office Buildings /residential buildings, knowledge of PERT/ CPM techniques. Preparation of tenders, evaluation and analyzing of tenders. Working knowledge of Electro¬mechanical services. Experience in purchase/ renovation/interior works, maintenance of new & existing premises in a large organization. Working knowledge of computers as regards to Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint presentation.
  6. Electrical Engineer: Candidate must possess Full time 4 years Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering approved by AICTE or equivalent qualification with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent grade from a recognized university/ reputed Institute. Minimum 5 years of experience in Scale – I or equivalent next lower grade in any of Nationalised Banks / PSU/Govt. organisation (OR) At least 05 years’ post qualification experience in a public/private limited organization in planning, designing, execution of internal and external electrical installation work, air-conditioning units, lift, pumps, UPS, Gen sets, HT/LT substations/ Panel Boards, supervising/monitoring electrical work and other associated services involved in large, Multi-storey buildings including preparation, scrutiny, and evaluation of tenders etc. Working knowledge of computers as regards to Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint presentation.
  7. Fire Engineer: Candidate must possess Full time 4 years Bachelor’s degree in Fire Engineering or equivalent from National Fire Service College, Nagpur / any other College or Institution duly approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent grade from a recognized university/ reputed institute. Minimum 5 years of experience in Scale – I or equivalent next lower grade in any of Nationalised Banks / PSU/Govt. organisation (OR) At least 05 years’ post qualification experience & possessing knowledge of mandatory requirements of providing fire protection and prevention in high rise business buildings as per National Building Code and Bureau of Indian Standards. Supervising / monitoring of fire safety in large, multi-storey buildings including preparation, scrutiny, and evaluation of tenders etc. Working knowledge of computers as regards to Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint presentation.

BOM (Security Officer) Eligibility Criteria

Candidates before applying for the post must read the BOM (Security Officer) Eligibility Criteria. Educational Qualification

Candidates should possess Graduation in any discipline from a University recognised by the Government of India or any equivalent qualification recognised as such by Central Government.

Other Qualification

(1) Computer Literacy – Working Knowledge of computer systems shall be an essential qualification, which the candidate must either possess or acquire within 6 months from the date of joining the Bank.

(2) The candidate shall acquire working knowledge of Hindi, if not possessed already, before completion of probationary period.

Age Limit

Candidates age limit should be between 25 – 40 years as on 30-09-2017.

Experience

An Officer with 5 years of commissioned Service in Army/ Navy/ Air Force and not below the rank of Captain or equivalent or an officer not below the rank of Asst. Commandant in para Military Forces or police officer not below the rank of Asst. Superintendent of Police/Dy. Superintendent of police with 5 years’ experience. At the time of retirement, candidate should have with Exemplary character and the same should be mentioned in the discharge book.
