Our educational and developmental pedagogies highlight teamwork and collective responsibility for emerging thought leaders and change agents. The research and testimonies acquired over the past decade also reveal quantitative data that supports our approach to education and empowerment work. The BGL conference provides its participants with the opportunity to engage in culturally relevant pedagogy, enhance their civic awareness, develop their leadership skills and foster a global sisterhood in a safe and welcoming environment.
